About Booking the Truck

Have you ever wanted to thank your employees with a 'Girl's Only' event? If you are looking for something fun and different to do with your girlfriends, now you can! Gather a group of your besties for a one-of-a-kind shopping experience that pulls right up to your door! The Dressing Vroom Mobile Boutique offers fun and unique, on-trend clothing, shoes, jewelry and accessories all without the hefty price tag! We offer music, bench seating, and of course a fitting room! All this and the convenience to shop without having to leave your home or office! AND you don't have to clean your house! All your gal pals come to us!
We offer private events, special functions and home “driveway parties”! Whether it's for a girl's happy hour, corporate event, bachelorette party, birthday, sorority event, a girl's night in or just because, it doesn't matter, we’ll bring the boutique to you! We will gladly accommodate bars/lounges, restaurants, hotels, salons/spas, specialty shops, etc. If you’d like to book the truck for an event or want us roll up to your office during lunch or happy hour, please contact us.
The Dressing Vroom is a fashion truck fully stocked with women's clothing, shoes, jewelry & accessories all with affordable prices. Most clothing ranges in sizes Small through Large, however, we do offer XS, XL and XXL. If you know in advance what sizes you'll be looking for and/or any requests that party attendees may have, we can work to cater to your needs. All items are available to purchase and take home from the party - no having to wait for it to come in! We accept cash and all major credit cards.
- We require a minimum of 5-8 people (8-10 recommended) to offer our private shopping experience to you. The boutique can comfortably hold 5 to 10 people at one time so shopping can be done in shifts/open house style!
- Since we are located in Hanahan, we will come to you at no additional charge if you are within a 20 mile radius. Anything over the 20 miles, a small fee of $10 will be charged for every 20 miles outside of the normal travel zone.
- A $50 "Book the Truck Fee" is required to book a party. This fee secures your date and will go towards your purchase on the day of your party.
- To park at your location, we will need a 30 foot area (average 2 car lengths) in which to have the truck. Gravel or grass works well - though anything flat or level is best! The hostess is responsible for reserving or saving this spot prior to our arrival. We only need about 30 minutes to set up before a show.
- Most bookings are available during the weekends or throughout the week beginning as early as 6:00pm, lasting an average of 2 hours (depending on the amount of attendees). For available times, please see our calendar to see what may work best for you. The most popular party times are Tuesday - Friday 6:30 - 8:30pm. If you don't see the date or time you want, please feel free to contact us via e-mail or phone and we will do our very best to accommodate you!
- We understand that unexpected things happen, and in the event of a cancellation, we ask for a 48-hour notice via phone or e-mail, after which you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. To prevent the fee, we recommend rebooking another date!
- 15% off your entire purchase as the hostess when your party exceeds $300 in purchases!
- 20% off your entire purchase as the hostess when your party exceeds $1,000 in purchases!
