Our return policy is for store credit only.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, new, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached. All items must be free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains. We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange based on the condition of an item being returned.
Returns and exchanges apply to full priced items only. Jewelry, shoes, accessories, and all discounted sale items are FINAL SALE and non-refundable and non-exchangable. Shipping is non-refundable. Gift cards are not returnable.
We pack each order and carefully inspect items for any damages. If you happen to receive a damaged good, please contact us via e-mail as soon as possible so that we can resolve the problem.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping returned items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us
Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
